What’s in a Name? The Heart Behind OM LOVE LOVE

  • OM = Connectivity

    Om is the very seed of creation, the all-encompassing cosmic vibration of the universe. Everything in the universe is moving or vibrating at its own frequency. Everything in existence is a manifestation of Om. It is the cosmic hum we feel deep within ourselves and it is always present, whether we are aware of it or not. It is the vibrational frequency found throughout everything in nature that connects us with our inner sense of understanding and unifies us with one-ness. Om has been chosen in our name to remind us of our powerful connection to ALL of creation - to the divine and to one another.

  • LOVE = Self Love

    To honor all of creation, we must honor and love ourselves. Self-love expands from our own individual actions that support the self physically, mentally, and spiritually. Self-love is not about the ego rather it’s the foundation that allows us to connect to our most authentic self. It allows us to practice self-care, set healthy boundaries with others, follow our dreams, and feel proud of who we are. It’s accepting our strengths as well as our weaknesses. It’s about self-compassion and self-acceptance despite imperfections. We can only give love to another as much as we give love to ourselves.

  • LOVE = Loving Others

    Love is a verb, an action, it’s something we do, it’s an active experience. The need to share love with others is universal. Like music, it speaks a “universal language.” Love is part of who we all are. It encompasses even the smallest acts of kindness like sharing a smile, which is shown to have a ripple effect, increasing joy and feelings of positivity. We have the power every day to share love with others. Loving others means showing kindness and compassion without expecting anything in return. As said by Dr. Wayne Dyer, “See the light in others, and treat them as if that is all you see.”

No previous or current practice is required for her classes, which are taught in a compassionate and gentle manner with a trauma-informed foundation, supporting each person’s natural way.

The individual is guided in a way that supports self-discovery, inner harmony, and transformation while exploring the self through our most natural intimate tools – body, mind, and breath.

My why...

For more than 25 years, I dedicated myself to a demanding career as a self-employed photographer. The countless late nights, weekends, and holiday all-nighters eventually caught up with me, leaving me utterly burned out. I wasn’t taking care of myself, and it was time for a change. I kept saying, “I’ll take time for myself tomorrow” or “I’ll catch up on sleep tomorrow,” but tomorrow never came. I felt like “me time” was selfish, even though I knew I couldn’t keep up the pace forever. It’s easy to get stuck in our routines and forget there’s another way to live and while it was a career I chose and truly loved—work I still deeply value—I realized I needed to slow down. However, I became frustrated with the usual approach to healthcare—I just wasn’t finding the answers I needed for my stress and gut issues. I knew if I didn’t make a change, my body would force me to. Through this struggle, I started to realize there’s a lot more to healing and life than what you see on the surface. Little by little, I started making small steps to show myself some love with lots of research along the way.

The greatest shift happened when I started a daily meditation practice. I started practicing Transcendental Meditation® in 2019, taking mindful walks in nature, and creating jewelry infused with intentional properties—serving as daily reminders to embrace self-love and live with greater mindfulness. Wanting to make lasting, healthy changes, I became a Holistic Nutritionist and Health + Wellness Coach. I found simple tools to help me stay on track during challenges, staying present and mindful while relieving stress and tension. Creating mindfulness tools helped me feel centered and grounded, and my desire to build inner strength and self-love grew into sharing these techniques with others. It’s inspiring to see others on their self-love journey, creating happiness in their lives and raising the vibration of the world around them.

I earned teaching certifications and credentials in several meditation modalities such as Primordial Sound Meditation with Deepak Chopra (like TM) and Instinctive Guided Meditation, mindfulness, qigong, and yoga for both adults and children. Yoga became more than just a physical practice—it turned into a way of life. I spent hours researching and exploring quantum physics, mindfulness, meditation, crystals, singing bowls, sound therapy, and moon cycles. Along the way, I became more self-aware and noticed my mood improved when I focused on eating nutritious foods, being present, and taking deep, mindful breaths.

It’s a space that reflects my growth, where I continue to learn and weave new insights into everything I do as this journey evolves. Here, you can explore a stunning collection of crystals that resonate with the heart chakra, alongside designs inspired by the beauty of the cosmos. The wonder of the night sky and the vast universe serves as the creative spark behind many of these pieces. Each item you find here is a reflection of my inner vision, thoughtfully crafted and curated to embody the mission of OM LOVE LOVE®. From apparel that radiates uplifting energy to candles with positive, playful messages, there’s something here to brighten everyone’s world. I’ve worked one-on-one alongside highly talented illustrators to manifest my vision for artwork. Being a professional photographer has played a significant role in me not only in creating and designing the finished pieces but being discerningly selective with every tiny detail to bring you something special. Meditation is a nurturing practice that enhances overall health and well-being. You do not need to hold any specific beliefs to experience the scientifically proven physiological stress reducing benefits. While not religious, many spiritual individuals find it deepens their connection to themselves, the world, and their creator. It often fosters a sense of inner harmony and strengthens bonds with others, as well as with what is often referred to as the unified field or collective/cosmic consciousness.

Some forms of meditation and prayer can be considered synonymous. Some may even say that prayer is talking to the universe and meditation is listening to it.
